The efficient RiceTwo has been developed for cooling freshly made sushi rolls to about 5°C or 41°F. The compact glycol cooling system ensures fast cooling, within 10 – 15 minutes. Equipped with a wireless temperature control and controlled aeration, for obtaining a perfect rice grain!
